As title says I'm wondering for instance:

if Sapphire Nitro 4GB OC with a Hynix memory could have different bioses? I mean is it possible to prepare bios from 1 such card and then just upload the rest (as long as they are Hynix?).

It is possible, I have set of sapphire rx 470 4GB which I bought about month ago and they have different bios compared to the ones I bought a one or so earlier. The difference was with memory straps set at different location in the bios.

First time I head about it. Every time I wanted to flash bios on two cards with same memory (and same model of course) it worked just fine without creating bios for every single card independently

yeah agreed, in general if its the same memory type (they can change the memory), flashing one bios or another of the same card should be OK.  You should anyways modify your bios yourself and keep an original copy of every card just to be sure.
