OP your pool is charging a fee. Other pools merge mine other coins, sell those coins and then pay a bonus. So for example where I currently mine I can signal segwit and earn a three percent bonus and pay no fee. Plus your interface needs work.

Start merge mining, no fee, add a bonus from the profits due to merged mining and develop a decent interface and you (over time) will attract miners.

Interesting development. I guess f2pool is interested in using Litecoin network to test the side effects of implementing SegWit on a network.
There is still this though :

Quote
Litecoin requires 75% of the network’s hashrate to upgrade for segwit to be activated. Currently, it is not clear whether it will be able to reach that threshold as some miners appear against it,
but it is not yet known whether that is more than 25%.

see every one want to do it but problem is they quite big so implementing segwit but if anything go wrong ..they will loose all hash and so that checking if that can be implemented or not then they will do it ..so its matter of time all will use it but slowly ..

And yes our pool have fee just to bear the server cost ..

Yes there is that, but once f2fpool moves forward other pools likely will as well. Additionally, batpool a Chinese pool that is signalling segwit has been picking up hashrate.

Also the only pool actually asking their miners is getting a strong yes vote from those miners who have voted. Individual miners are definitely showing interest.

Only time will tell. I'm sure miners have noticed the increased price and trading volume because of the segwit possibility.
