How about skip the dice games and try to make some kind of unique blackjack game. I'll really want to play some kind of card game which has a lower house edge compared to other existing card gambling games.

This is what I wanted to suggest too. Dice games are already popular and many of casino's are competing with it. So it's better if you are going to think of something new and unique. But if that is his idea then almost all of the suggestions are good and I just want to add something for the investors thought that show those people who are investing to his site.

Player vs Player coinflip is definetly something I could make. But then MoneyPot would basically just take half the money for nothing, since I would not need a bankroll for the site. That can most likely be figured out with MoneyPot staff though, since I don't have the will, skill or reputation to hold any bitcoins of clients.

 I checked out all the MoneyPot connected sites today, and I gotta say, all except one were absolutely terrible. The sites were flooded with too many poorly constructed games. I also did not find any good roulettes except BitDouble, and even that I didn't like too much, as the roulette wheel was a bit laggy. Also I do not think me or my friend have enough knowledge about blockchain that we could do a blockchain-based game.

Im still open to suggestions about PvP games, so go ahead guys!

Better to do if there are some guessing games probably can be a good one or a game of choice where you can bet for the winning answer. Those features are already mentioned by other gamblers here and probably you just need to make the whole gambling scene into a new phase because almost all sites are into the same thing.

You may be able to have good designed moneypot casino but on starting days you should focus on having good marketing campaigns including facebook, twitter, signature campaign on this forum etc. Also you can run several contests as well as set some leaderboard prizes monthly/weekly to encourage players to wager more in your site.

Just loaded up your site, roulette took like 2 minutes to load, everything was laggy (I have 100mbp/s internet, so it's not my connection). I think your problem is that you have too many games on your site (makes it look messy). The site kept asking me for login, even though I had already logged in with MoneyPot:

So yeah, I would say I have seen much better sites, such as csgodouble (which sadly doesn't exist anymore) which was simple and very sleek design.

In my opinion the only way to keep a site afloat in the current market (especially with MoneyPot) is to either make new games, or games that exist but are a bit rarer (such as Plinko, Blackjack or Roulette). I don't see any reason why a newly made MoneyPot dice site would succeed, as there are already many of them with great design and user interface. I also do not think I could compete with the contests and bonuses other sites are offering.

You most likely haven't liked any of the new games since they have been poorly made, but I can give you my word: if I make a new game, it will be rounded to perfection before release. It is expensive and time-consuming to develop a new game though, so I will have to be sure that it will succeed.

Unfortunately I don't think I have the money, skills or time to make something like a sports betting platform. Correct me if I'm mistaken, but sports betting platform can't be provably fair, right? Therefore it cannot be used with MoneyPot bankroll. I'm looking for games that are fairly easy to maintain (such as color game or dice) rather than something that needs to be updated and looked over many times every day. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Does your gambling site accept only dice games or are there other games? My advice do not make gambling sites just by dice games, better add another game to make it more varied. Low house edge, contests and rewards, Chat support, etc. It should be on the gambling site. There are many more and I'm sure already said by some people here. Most importantly make the site responsive and has an interesting appearance. Wish you success in creating your gambling site
