I have no idea what "Arbit" is but if it is an exchange or a service that allows you to withdraw (similar to cex.io) you just go to your account, enter your cex.io bitcoin address and withdraw to that addrress.

(using google) if it is a mining pool? then you possibly can not to it because exchanges do not accept mining reward directly from coinbase transactions since they can not spend it immediately.

The first question - are Airbit and CEX.IO bitcoin wallets?

If yes: The transaction is straight forward (we can provide step by step details if you really need them)

If no: You need to give us more information. What are these sites/companies.

Where are your bitcoins located? Does the destination have a wallet? Etc...

It's very simple just login to your c-cex account then click the = icon then click the ledger after doing that it should lead you to a list of currencies then find btc click the generate address so you can deposit. Now that you have a deposit address open the airbitz app then go to send and scan the qr code or paste the deposit address.
