[SCAMMER] evad.koerblede, he is selling MS keys but does not deliver

Guys.

Don't do business with him! I was hyped because i finally found a guy with the same nationality as me,  i really wanted to do business with him but afterwards checking the scammer grave he is a known scammer.

After buying an MSDN account invite for $30 he didn't reply you anymore. The money was sent and he was gone from the world. I created a fake skype and immediatly he accepted me and said "hey".. But on my real skype he was not responding.

My real question is: How can he still scam people here? Why are the admins not taking any actions? I will continue spamming his posts on all other forums, this guy can't go any further.

Yes ofcourse it is my fault in the end, as i told in the post above i was hyped and new to this forum.. So i didn't check him.
I don't understand he is a known scammer slooks like, and he is not banned?

Beacuse is not an admin task to close account of who is considered scammer, but are users that should be carefull with who or when invest/send money...
Red flags are born for this reason and when you deal with redflagged accounts, you know that you are taking risks

Unfortunately there's a lot of people's that leave traps on the way, and we can't never 100% sure with who we are dealing...
At least was only 30$ and not a big sum....
