When did you start gambling? (Because of BCT Promotion?)

When did you start gambling online (and offline if you do not mind sharing)? Is it because of the awesome Games and Rounds forum at Bitcointalk?

Do you only start gambling after you use Bitcoin (or any other cryptocurrency) because you feel that you cannot be tracked?

No, I have gambled the most on live casinos than in bitcoin casinos, I play occasionally in bitcoin casinos but not much since I don’t like games like dice, I prefer to play poker and poker is a game that is better played when you play it in front of other people face to face.

I have been gambling for over 10 years now mainly on sports games as I never seem to have much luck playing at any casinos online or off line lol so I tend to stick with what works for me and that is sports betting. I just started late last year betting with crypto currencies more so with BTC and Doge and I'm glad I have as it has helped build up some of my crypto stacks.

It is not really a surprise that most of the sites being promoted are bitcoin casinos since bitcoin is like the perfect tool for gambling, it does not require identification, anyone with a computer can use it, it is available worldwide, there are no regulation and that is just some of the characteristics there are probably more.

yes because it's free which means you could play with no worries if you lost but if you lucky and win then you could get the prize directly into your wallet and i think most of people on this forum had same experience such as you too

I started playing gambling online with bitcoin as I seen the bitcoin promotion last year. As I seen their promotion last year, I became curious and do a reasearch for it until I seen this forum. I have seen that there are a lot of gambling sites onlin, hence I tried it, and that's the time I initiatr gambling.

Well, I have no problem to tell that i am playing online gambling only for bitcoin wise. May be you feel surprise to know, before bitcoins i didn't play gambling online and offline, even i didn't know how to play it. But when i know about bitcoin than my friends play online gambling and use bitcoin and also earn from it. Than i was try to earning wise, and it gave me good result, But the reason is why i came on online gambling? So only for Bitcoin.

the funny thing is that i have never gambled before in my entire life before finding out about bitcoin!
after knowing what bitcoin is and after i started using it, i saw the advertisements of gambling sites on bitcointalk mostly the signatures and wanted to try it.
long story short i started with gambling dice and continued doing so until today. in the middle of all that i have done some other gamblings such as poker and sports betting and some other weird games but i always come back to dice.

Exactly, when i started bitcoin than i saw a add of online gambling site, than i joined and start to play, But i came here behalf of bitcoin and it is true, i trust on bitcoin and that's why i trust on all gambling sites. Wow, that was too early, I think you are influence enough by your elders that's why you end up loving gambling. Like you I knew gambling at an early stage and I really enjoyed doing it but now I realized if only I could turn back time, I would have not done it because it's very risky at our age.
Now that I have kids, I made sure that they will not learn how to gamble early, gambling is only for matured who has the capacity to think what is right.

I started gambling offline when junior high school, it's on sports betting. I did it with my friends, I usually bet on a local league match. And if start gambling online when I use bitcoin and join signature campaign. Free will always give us more enjoyment when compared to investments. We have to feel when we lost money in gambling because we are living in crises world, money is the main important factor to me. So I gamble with free money only for enjoyment.

FIAT gambling was always to much hassle for me. I always wanted to bet online but the KYC requirements of standard casinos/sportbooks were insane.
I never w anted to share my ID and personal information and link my gambling account with my bank account - it never ends up well.
So when I discovered bitcoin and realized how easy and hassle-free is to use it to gamble I started to use it, and never looked back to FIAT.

I started playing gambling when i was new in bitcoin where i always search for the best faucet website that gives me good satoshi per minute and then most of the visit website is those website that has gambling you need to make a roll if you wanted to make more satoshi that was the time that i knew about gambling then isearched all over the internet and i found this forum where it can be easily to earn when you applied those what you read in your self.

I think in around 2012 i started to gamble, prior to that i didn't even know what gambling was lol. satoshidice is where i made my first bet, i had a balance of ~0.08 btc which i lost it to satoshidice.

I started gambling online a long time ago....Well before the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 (UIGEA).  In 2011 the US finally started enforcing the act and it became more difficult to fund our gambling accounts from US based banking institutions....That's when I started searching for alternative banking solutions.  Needless to say, I found bitcoin....and have been here every since.
