Not really seeing how it is so hard to get verified on local-bitcoins, but I'm going to guess the reason you don't want to do it is so you can go ahead and buy someones account then scam people on LBC for it.

Let me know if I'm right on this one, I'm usually a pretty good guesser.

First i had accounts there verified,but now when try sending scan ids refuse ,dont know why
Second i dont want send my id
Thats all the true,saw on past here selling accounts its why i asked

I do believe if LBC finds out that you are not the legit account holder that they will remove yiur account from their system.
This would be considered committing fraud since it has legit identification on the account and you are not that person who is using it.
Call it internet theft if you want it's no doubt illegal to do it.
