What do i do if i lose my BTC in Gainbitcoin scam.
Not too sure if I really did, but I have come across quite a few people who did not get their refund even after weeks.

NEVER handover money to website unless you are willing to gamble.

You could file a complain but I doubt that would go any further.

They were refunding some Bitcoins of some users some time ago and they might refund yours as well. (They probably won't)
Send them a couple of emails asking for a refund. If they don't comply, file an FIR with the police.

What do you mean by lose your money/btc in gainbtc? If you are not sure then asking for refund is option and they might have support system in place. So you may raise a ticket. AFAIK it is MLM structured trap, thus if you want to get out within first 30 days request refund and check with your sponsor.

Anyway dont fall prey for quick bucks without any efforts.

I invested a very little amount (test the water before you dive in)
Raised a refund request on the very same day(3 weeks ago) after going through this forum, and now I have come across few others who are struggling for refund.

Nope but my friend is. I didn't invest in this cause I understand this is a scam. Few of my friends invested not knowing this is a scam, they did manage to get something out of it. Sometimes it hurts to know more. Just waiting for this site to go down >.<
