Hi,

Just to say : you should use the "scam report format". Read here :  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0

It will be easier to understand who scammed you and how and have some proofs.

I think they have or he is just a random guy who used betballer as part of his username here and started a thread about betballer https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=881880

If betballer doesnt have an account here or a representative to at least defend their site, this thread will just serve as a warning to others before they sign up withn he site in question.

Op do you have screen shots of your conversation with the representative of betballer accusimg you of creating multiple accounts.

He is not so random. If you look at his profile's website section, you would clearly see him advertizing the website which makes them related to them.
DT's can however start by tagging that account if OP approaches the case with relative proofs.

Ask them for the server logs, showing that you used multiple accounts.

You can sue them in Ireland. They have to deliver proof of their claim, otherwise it would be the criminal offense of embezzlement.

Take a look at the sportsbookreview website where you can see them accusing me of either multiple accounts or being part of a betting syndicate which are nonsense. When asking about evidence they claimed to have more than just speculations and that they could send me ones to my e-mail but no evidence has been sent which of course is what I expected as an innocent bettor.

I almost registered their website and deposit for a bonus claim there, until I saw your story I gave it up, thanks for sharing the scam accusation. The website looks buggy, it displays codes in my side.

Actually the reviews of this website is not good, but they still attracted many players because of the bonus, and they cancelled and confiscated your winnings, which is immoral operation. Withdraw your deposit and never play in the scam website any more, they will do the same trick on other players.

Betballer scam

BetBaller is the most crazy scam I have ever seen within the past 10 years. They publicly state terms and conditions on their website, which are not enforceable by Irish law! You can not start a court case or file a criminal complaint at the police in Dublin.

This is because the BetBaller gaming account balances and winnings are not enforceable in Ireland! Hence, they give to their existing and potential new customers the impression that there would be enforceable terms and conditions, while in reality, this is not the case.

They clearly commit a willful deception, because they perfectly know that their alleged ToS are not enforceable at all. Please also note that it is a human right to enforce a legally binding agreement, while this is not possible here. Hence, Betballer intentionally breach a basic human right that is covered by the UN charta.

I trust everyone is able to understand that if you can not enforce gaming account balances and winnings in Ireland, the first sentence in the ToS section of a website must be “Please note that the below stated terms and conditions are not enforceable by Irish law”.

At the register formular must be also a hint that BetBaller account balances are not enforceable thru legal channels. If thereafter someone want to deposit and play there, it is up to him/her. But it is very shady to state juridical not valid ToS and suggest they would be.

BetBaller has “special rights”

Unbelievable but true, they really think they would stand above publicly stated and valid laws:

Quote
9.7 We have a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate play and fraudulent activity. We will have the right to withhold or otherwise decline or reverse any pay-out or winning amount(s) or amend any policy in the event that we suspect you are abusing or attempting to abuse any of the following: (i) bonuses; (ii) palp errors; or (iii) specific policy or rules determined in respect of an existing game or a new game. It is clarified that we may determine that such an abuse has taken place also if your activity in our Online Casino/Sportsbook, by itself, is not abusive, but your activities in other Online Casino/Sportsbooks in addition to our Online Casino/Sportsbook, taken as a whole, constitute such abuse of our bonuses, promotions, policies or rules.

No, BetBaller, you have not the right to decline or reverse anything based on “we suspect”! Based on civil laws, you have always to deliver proof of your claim…it is as simple as that.
