I have created a new ForkNote coin, aimed to be mined to be used for purchasing CDs, records, merchandise, and digital music downloads. I did create a similar coin before, but this time, it's entirely up to the market to decide the value, as you all were right, I have no say in governing the coin's value, otherwise I would be centralizing everything. I know there is AudioCoin, but Aurovine is currently under maintenance mode.
To give this coin a kickoff, I have the node running, and I am requesting payment with this coin for a new album I just released, and I do have MP3s to email links to whoever sends me this coin to my wallet. This I will later announce in the marketplace section. I am also selling used CDs I no longer want.
