So what i wanted to know if i sell my service for a price of bitcoins how safe the payment if the did it with stolen bitcoins or paid with a stolen creditcard that bought the bitcoins because now i use bank transfers for my payment or paypall.

But i stoped with paypall because i had to many people claiming charge back because it was used with a stolen creditcard..

bitcoins dont work the same as lets say paypal! if the coins are stolen then i doubt either you or i would ever know what portion of the coin or the where they cam  from! if your asking about getting paid in bitcoin for offering a service then it is the most likely to not give you the issues you presented with the other forms of payments

Don't worry bitcoin does not have chargeback.
If you have suspicion that your client is a criminal, then use mixers before withdrawing bitcoins to cash.

Bitcoin is an excellent method of accepting payment for services and I definitely recommend it.

As long as you wait for 1 confirmation before providing services, there isn't a risk of the users charging back or anything of that sort. Be sure to wait for at least 1 confirmation to ensure that there is no double spend attacks though.

Wait for atleast 1 confirmation if you don't know or trust the person.
0 confirmations is okay if you are receiving bitcoins from a trustworthy person like your real life friend for example.
Bitcoin does not have "chargeback" but doudle spending is possible, so the more confirmations the transaction gets the more safe you are.

No. We must follow a common predetermined policies for how many confirmations we need to wait.
Because you do not know when your customer turns a scammer. Moreover, we will not have time to have different policy for different customer when we deal in more volume.

Like i said, i would accept my friend's btc transfer even with 0 confirmations. Like i said, most of the people you need to wait for confirmations. I did not suggest not to wait for confirmations at any point from a customer.

And what about situation when your friend forget/mistakenly sent transaction with very low fee, making it very hard/impossible to confirm?

Op, once bitcoin is successfully confirmed in your wallet, there is no way that someone could force you to give it back, not unless you will do it from your own good will.
There is not need to worry about tainted bitcoin as well. Any bitcoin is fine.

How your friend can send it again if he doesn't have any bitcoins left after sending the initial bitcoin?
Can sender cancel an ongoing transfer to resend or for other purposes?

As long as you know all the procedures on how to use bitcoin. You'll be fine. Bitcoin does not charge back. But one thing you should keep on mind that bitcoin transaction is irreversible unlike paypal. So make sure the correct address is correct to avoid loses. Goodluck.

Yes it is possible, check THIS thread. But the best practice is always to wait for a confirmation, just for your own safety.

If they paid you with stolen bitcoin, no one knows who are you, they'll see your bitcoin wallet only. but they don't have any information of you. I don't know if they can buy bitcoin with credit card. But I'm sure that they can't get they're payment back if they send it to you with confirmation. Just make sure that you already receive the payment.

Yeah true. But even if it was stolen, no one will know nor is responsible. Whoever controls the private keys, owns the bitcoins on them.

Bitcoin is one of best option for accepting payments for your service, but if you have any doubt about people better use escrow so that your funds will be in safe hands. Otherwise do it in another way like ask 50% before and rest 50% after your service is provide to them.

alt coins are bitcoin alternatives. some are just copy and pastes of the bitcoin code and offer nothing new. others are scratch built and have very different functions and features. most are just used to make more bitcoin. they're prone to super violent price movements and crazy manipulation. they could make you rich or lose everything in one afternoon.

escrow is a trusted third party used in a transaction. it's all about good rep. two people agree a deal, the buyer sends the coins to the escrow. if the buyer is happy the escrow releases them to the seller.

Doing business with bitcoin is more safer side their is no charge back and even the transactions are anonymous. You dont have to worry about the stolen part as you have to follow some steps for security and you are safe , first you have to download desktop wallet electrum and set it up and after that just give your price in bitcoin and get payment in bitcoin and you can sell them on any exchange which are safe like poloniex, bittrex , cex this are some good exchanges.
