I called it scam. Everything were pointing to a fake project. I'm sorry for everyone who was scammed in this crap but it seems that you'll get back your Bitcoins. That's why so important to have a good escrow.

This is the last update: All the claimed invested money was returned to their owners. The claiming back period (even after an additional extension) is now over. Considering that this is resolved, I will lock the thread soon. Hopefully nobody has to endure a similar situation again.
