Yes it's very possible that the price will ever be reaching to $2,000 but as of now seeing the price of bitcoin. It will happen but it will be on a slow progress depending on the market. As per market trend of any commodity, the slow fluctuations are base for next rapid rally. Hence we cannot expect same level of slow progress till we reach $2000 levels. Market may surprise us at any time.

In other words, market will keep same level of growth like it will show same 5% appreciations. 5% when bitcoin prices at $1000 will not be same when bitcoin will be trading at $1500 levels. Also, it is always expected bitcoin's mass adoption will follow exponential growth. That too will support rapid movements toward $2000 levels.

The reality is that because nobody knows what the price will do, they claim it will go one of these two different paths. Only after time elapses will the reality unfold which shows that there was only one direction the price was destined to take.

Yes, I am optimistic about it, and anything can happen. Bitcoin could reach $ 2,000 this year, but I was not so sure about that.
In my opinion, Bitcoin could reach $ 2,000 but not right now, I mean it will not happen this year. But that's just my opinion, anything can happen.

It is not possible to reach in this year itself. Why you have saw last year with big bump due to halving and Christmas bump. This year it is not achievable. I have seen that price is 1050$ today. It might increase to 1500$ before this year ends. Hope for the good.

When btc reach $1500, I can consider the hypothesis of bitcoin reaching $2000 for now I prefer not to dream much.

I think $2000 is not much what much is Bitcoin reaching $100,000 or more .  Speculating Bitcoin at $2000 is still sane thinking since there is a possible event that can push the price of Bitcoin wildly.  That will come next month, though I am not putting all my bet on it because it can go either way but with that event having a positive result will mean another $1000 additional as milestone for BTC is inevitable.

i will waiting when bitcoin is reach up to $2000 no matter in this year or next year because i believe that bitcoin will reach more than just $2000 and i know to reach more than that will need long time but it will reached. i think i can and i want to store as much bitcoin as i can in my wallet because i have many wallet to save in each of the wallet  so i think we have same opportunity to store our bitcoin but its depend on what we are do to earn bitcoin and how much we can earn bitcoin.

For many speculators this is more a question of when. I understand such optimism, since Bitcoin is something unique, which has worked very efficiently for most users. But I think at the moment what is important is that Bitcoin is able to consolidate at current levels, without sharp drops as we have seen different times since the beginning of the year.

I can't even see the price reach such levels this year with the ETF being approved. At this point there are still too many negative factors that might get the price to plummet heavily this year. China is one of them with the PBOC not being done with implementing regulations. Then we have the never ending block size debate which is more and more splitting the community into different sides/groups. Without an increased block size I doubt the price will ever reach $3000.

The price of bitcoin indeed always increase through time by time,But i doubt that it will touch 2000 dollars in near time. $2000 dollars is very high price not easy to reach it. Maybe after next halving we can see that amount per btc.
