In my comment I was talking about investment in casino or in gambling as there small investment is something for learning and maybe sometime the luck make him wealthy.
In your case in which you are talking about altcoin I will suggest to not to invest in any coin which is not well known because only those coins are not well known whose developers do not work for it and if developers do not work then it is the chance that the coin dump down.

I agree that the amount does matter but even a small investor make sense.  As one of the early reply here, small investment can be used to make a dry run to test if the investment will really produce profit.  It can also use to test how long we can get the ROI for our investment.  Aside from that small investment can be use if we are unsure of a certain venture but we cannot reject the request of our friends.

but i think it is not such an easy task to select the right altcoin whose price is expected to increase more. i think you need a proper knowledge about the altcoin so as co select the right coin in the right time.

Proper knowledge for any investment is needed. In this case we are talking about investment in a gambling site not in altcoin . If it is an investment in a gambling site then you will need to do some research first if the site is worthy to invest or not. If the site is not worthy then even high amount is useless

That depends on what kind of investment you're making. There are some people who became millionaires in small investments. The thing is that they just did their part and became workaholic and try to grew what they have invested.

I hope we can find a safe investment, if you are talking of investments here in crypto you can never find a safe one, in fact it's too risky here but that risk has some great rewards also if it succeeds. Small investment equates small profit. But what you are saying is that if you are a newcomer, and you decided to invest let say to a online casino, and to mitigate risk you should start with a small capital only. And once your investment gain dividends you should roll it so that you profit more in a slow manner. This make sense for individual who are newbie and has small capital. I guess you need a lot of patience because your gain will be slow as compare to investing big amount at the beginning.
