Step by step, you have to trade according to the document. You have to ask for the tokens. It is very frustrating to sell below the ICO price in Etherdelta. It's been 2 weeks since ICO was concluded and people are selling it at a loss.

Until we haven't seen it trading yet then we have to wait, Hitbtc is a good start as a trading site for just newly finished ICO then
after we gain move investors then maybe we can see starbase in bigger exchange like Binance.
