In short term is doesn't meet the expectations of any kind of investors. But what future holds will decide next moves of developers and management team behind this project.

For now, It's not a good time to buy, I see the volume is very low in hitbtc and honestly I was not able to actively follow this project

That article contains very handy information about the things they have done successfully this surely will ease the remaining tasks. You should read it by yourself to have better understanding using your point of view about progress till now and what is coming next.

man what bull run are you talking about. This useless token without anythyng behing is totaly out of market.
The daily volume is close to 0 and it won't move if there is no release so you simply can't link the price to market movement
