There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Well the UK as one of the world super powers I suspect will keenly be following Bitcoin but as to whether they are using Exchange Traded fund(ETF) in tracking Bitcoin price could be true even though I don't know for a fact, because it seems the whole world is gradually coming to terms with integration of Bitcoin into our economies and UK is definitely going to be  one of them

I've not heard of any, but such service would likely be, because I can see that UK people are warming up to Bitcoin now, I even heard that some exchanges are offering zero transaction fees.

I didn't know that there is already legally approved ETF. It doesn't seem that this fund is influential at all.
I researched it and it is called "ETF BITCOIN XBT" it is not exactly German ETF bur rather Swedish.
It has been traded on the Swedish exchange Nasdaq Nordic and was only incorporated by German exchange Tradegate.
