As the title says, I'll give you 1$ Paypal and you'll give me 0.8$ worth of Monero (price will come from coinmarketcap.com @ the time we agree to do the exchange). You'll gain 0.2$, although I expect you to pay the miner fees of the transaction. I live in the US and my Paypal has USD, meaning there may be fees if you don't live in the US or your Paypal account is not funded in USD; I'm looking to avoid those fees altogether.
As for the reversibility of Paypal, they don't play nice with Bitcoin/Alt-coins so I feel like issuing a charge back would be risking both of our accounts.
As for escrows, if you are a very trusted account I'll go first and we can deal without an escrow (this goes against every bone in my body, but I feel like if you've done exchanges before then scamming somebody 1$ is probably not going to be your exit scam). If you have a neutral or only slightly positive trust we'll use an escrow; he/she must be a trusted escrow, and you'll pay the escrow fees. If you're negative trust then I won't deal with you, sorry.
Reply if your interested.
