If you want, then you can even talk about Buddhist extremism in Sri Lanka and Myanmar, and Hindu extremism in India. Perhaps also Jewish extremism in Israel. But then, if you analyze closely, you will find out that the extremist behavior shown by these people is simply a counter-reaction to the Islamic attacks against them.
