I think the current generation are following his lead and doing the same thing that their savior did. The root of terrorism is the Founder of the Islamic Religion itself and the Quran.

I am not sure about their latest budget, but in 2015, they had a budget amounting to $2 billion. The revenues were mostly from the sale of crude oil and antiques, as well as from the slave trade and extortion. And there was a budget "surplus" of around $250 million.

Right now, in this era, being in a technological age, there is also a cyber attack, and that could damage a lot just by knowing how to hack into different systems or something. I guess their peers mostly motivate it in their community/religion that's why they are like that.

For example, if the terrorists could hack in to nuclear reactors, and disable the cooling system. But as far as I know, no one has managed to do anything remotely similar. Even if there are such instances, how can you be sure that the Muslims are not behind at least some of the cyber attacks?

Your opinion is wrong. If you hit the control system power supply it will lead to the loss of more lives than even war. Imagine stop planes and trains, traffic lights,and turn off the lights. Won't work computers and the Internet. Imagine where it will lead. In addition, if you abruptly remove the load from the nuclear power plant it will lead to the explosion of the nuclear reactors.
