Thinking other stuff besides dice would be a good move though and op should think off another game which is unique and not being played on the market on which i cant think off too since almost possible enjoyable games are already on the market. I don’t really think it depends on the websites you are gambling in, it is all based on luck and putting your own money on risk, but I can tell you based on other things, new sites tend to be more of a scam so don’t try them unless they have good reviews, old websites are the ones that you trust because they have been here for a while and they have more people who have used them already.

Probably very hard, you would need to give people an extra incentive to visit your site and gamble there and not in other more established places, so you must give people an hedge. The site has to be better, better deals and more good looking than the competition, and invest in advertisement.

Not that hard when you advertise a lot, you have good referral program, and when you have events that let people earn a certain amount of money for a certain range of amount wagered.
