Most of the profit will go towards moneypot investors and there are lots of dice site already on the market, so you may struggle to attract players on early days. Making a dice site and compete with the dice site that already established a good name in the gambling world today is really difficult nowadays since most gambler will surely choose those gambling sites that already running for a long time. Without such an effort or having a big promotions or giveaways, you can't attract new people. But that will only be applied in the early days of your dice site so the question here now is, how long you can maintain those users in the site? Good explanations, I thought the cost to produce this type of site were higher. And with regard to marketing, this is essential because it is not enough to have good service if people do not use it. But if the service really works better than others, I think marketing costs would not be as high as there is something called "network effect", which is the effect on which people recommend the service to others. The more users approve the website, the stronger the network effect will be.

If you add your own twist and bring a dice game that was more attractive and had better graphics. You might still be able to compete in this market. If you add some promotion to it it would be even better also dont forget the transparency when needed. Though it has better UI, but with crappy/overused animation and lack of support (dispute, problem, or ask a question) that site is out from the list and can't compete with dice sites which better than those. Promotion and contest is an another way to invite new players and receive a feedback from them.

- provably fair

- decent faucet
- good affiliate program
- good advertisement and persistent advertisement not advertising a month and disappearing from forum.

 I can't get away from moneypot because they are the ones that will help me with bankroll, I do not have enough cash to support the bankroll.

Maybe OP don't have the budget to supply the bankroll of his own casino that's why he's thinking of going for a moneypot based casino. I think it's a good idea so he would focus more on gaining players than to worry about the bankroll.

I agree, signature campaign is just one way of promoting your site there's still tons of ways like mini games, contests, raffle, jackpots and etc.

The market is wide, you can launch your game if you want. As bitcoin grows, people are getting interested as they are aware now that it is more easier to gamble by using bitcoin. If you notice, there are plenty of gambling operators now that are starting up a gambling site, that is because they have a great study and their study convince them to start the business.

Since there is a competition, advertising should come together as you open the site.
