Regarding btc/ltc purchases

Hello,first of all,excuse me if I'm on the wrong section,it's the only one I can post at.

Now then,I have to admit,I'm pretty new at the bitcoin market,so pardon me if I do anything wrong.

I've been trying to figure out a way to buy btc/ltc using BTC-E/MT.GOX,and the only way I've figured out is bank wire.

The problem is,in my country,this is rather expensive (the minimum fee is 30 euros/40 dollars to be precise) but alas,all I wanted to do was make a small investment(about 50 bucks)

Is there any other way(preferably using my CC in a site like Paypal/Moneybookers)that I can buy BTC/LTC?

I know I can post in the marketplace section,and this is what I intend to do once I get my 5 posts/hours,but is there any other way?
