Login via DDPerks.com and tell me what it says under rewards. Technical errors or just zero? Please screenshot if you can.

EDIT: Rewards are displaying fine for me on the Perks website right now, Ill check the app.

Coupons showed up again on my phone, I'm at work right now so cannot test the redeem. It does seemed like the system was down. You can see why I was worried though. Seems like it's all good now.

You can use multiple on the same order without any issues, as many of the people who bought these accounts have said as well. In my personal experience too, they have no problem with it.
