Hi noobs

if after hours of taking in all the great info on this site you find the bright white theme of this board too much for the eyes (like I did), you can change it to a nice dark one.

Go to your profile and look for theme -> change  Cool

edit: oh and the board seems faster too with this theme Wink

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Bitcoin Core developer [PGP] Warning: For most, coin loss is a larger risk than coin theft. A disk can die any time. Regularly back up your wallet through FileBackup Wallet to an external storage or the (encrypted!) cloud. Use a separate offline wallet for storing larger amounts.
