Situation #1)  I placed a parley for 1BTC.  Didn't realize it was 0.75 BC MAX - this isn't stated very obviously on the website.  They wait until after ALL 3 GAMES are finished and winners to rob me of the winnings on the remaining 0.25 BC.  Yes I was over bet maximum but notice a pattern here.  They wait until after games finish to see if you lose first - then they free roll you.

Situation #2) Last night I bet on Charlotte for the game against the knicks for 2BTC.  I generated bet and sent bitcoins IMMEDIATELY.  Half way through the 2nd quarter  when Charlotte is up almost 20 POINTS on their way to an easy cover... they cancel the bet and say i didn't send it in within 2 minutes??!?!?  Free rolled again when they see I'm going to win bet and they cancel it for some BS reason.  I sent it right away I always do.

Situation #3) TODAY I put down four wagers on ISNER- GULBIS Match.  This one takes the cake.
1- Gulbis First set approx 2 BTC - Graded LOSS
2- Gulbis -1.5 sets 2BTC - Graded LOSS
3- Gulbis -3 +106 2BTC Graded WINNER.
4- Gulbis -4 (Alternative spread) 2 BTC +199 winner that was GRADED PUSH - for being over the limit on the market/match

I was under impression Market/match meant that as long as the bet type was different that it was a different market, no?   Alternative spread is different than regular spread.

OKAY SO... If that's not the case and it's 2BTC max on the entire match...

How come they graded the gulbis -4 for 2BTC as a PUSH when it was going to be a WINNER?  But decided to grade the first set bet, and final sets bet as a LOSS because they LOST?  Shouldn't they have all been pushed after the first 2BTC bet?  4 different kind of bets... magically grade the two i lost as loss, and the two i won you only let me win one and push the other.  And only the first wager for 2 BTC be graded.

There is only two fair things to do.  1)  Grade the first bet, and PUSH THE REST.  I would have 4 more bitcoins!  2)  Grade ALL of them, not just the losers, and push the winners.  I would have FOUR MORE bitcoins!

In the last 3 days they have stolen or free rolled me 3 times!  The charlotte bet cost me 2 bitcoins in winnings.  And the situation today they scammed me for 4 BITCOINS!  THat's 6 bitcoins these scam artists stole from me in 2 days.

I've been doing this sports wagering this for awhile, and this is by far some of the scummiest stuff I've ever had pulled on me.  I will be posting this to SBR as well.

Please be very careful with these people.  They post little to know rules, and will bend them in any way possible to screw you.  I am out 6 BTC or almost $500 thanks to these folk in a matter of two days.

If you think I'm just out to bash these guys.  Feel free to check my post history over at SBRForum.  I've been around this industry forever.  I'm PharaohUB over there as well.

Did I mention they waited over 2 hours until the -4 bet for Gulbis winner was in hand.  Up a break in the 3rd set to make it a push?  You know why.  Because if it had lost they would have graded it as a LOSS, not a PUSH.

First off, go to blockchain.info and paste the transaction ID into their search engine. It has a timestamp of when the bet was placed.  This is all the proof you need.  I noticed you failed to do this which suggests that you were probably taking a shot at them.

I have found bit365 to make a mistake here or there but they are generally honest folks. The other night, I thought they had made a mistake but it was I who had actually made the mistake--in writing down my betid. I PM'd them about it for about 2 hours and it was explained to me where my mistake was at.  It was all cleared up quite professionally.

Therefore, I wager ALOT at bit365 and simply do not believe your story.

Taking a shot at a place with awful lines, and an approximately $150 max bet?  Did you even read the whole post or stop after the Charlotte thing?  They completely scammed me on the tennis match today.

I looked into how to check the blockchain thing and it's confusing the crap out of me.  I checked my wagers from this morning and they are time stamped 6 minutes after what my wallet said they went out.  So I don't know how that is even relevant or if I'm looking at the wrong thing.

Here is what I know.  The bet is here http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/bet/61aff

The transaction left my wallet at 6:31 the bet was placed as per above (their website) at 6:30.

More info:
Status: 112 confirmations
Date: 4/15/2013 18:31
To: 1Jncv3PPawyPRZJ7Fzgxue7BQx7jnNpJpT
Debit: -1.50 BTC
Transaction fee: -0.0005 BTC
Net amount: -1.5005 BTC
Transaction ID: 79edd6dc54a1cfdc329b8d7c152ffdbf8d26fd23d4fa1fbf8aee6bd9270c91ae

Here is what else I KNOW.  They have waited in all three scenario above to make their decision well after the match is in hand, and each and every time have swayed the decision in their favor.  Why did it take until almost 2 hours later when Charlotte was up 20 pts to decide my bet was 2 minutes late?

Now stop trolling me kid.  I've been doing this for years, and deserve some respect.  I know scummy scam artists when I see them in this industry.  I am just trying to help others.  They are clearly having money(btc) problems or they wouldn't be doing everything in their power to fck me on every play the last two days.  Not one of these situations was handled properly.  They stole 6 BTC + from me.  Plain and simple.

Situation 1:

Parlay max is 0.75 BTC and always has been. It is displayed before placing a bet.

Situation 2:

Bet placed at 2013-04-15 22:30:30. Bet received on Blockchain at 2013-04-15 22:59:54. (https://blockchain.info/tx/79edd6dc54a1cfdc329b8d7c152ffdbf8d26fd23d4fa1fbf8aee6bd9270c91ae)

30 minutes after bet was placed it was sent. That is well over the 2 minute rule.

Situation 3:

Alternative spreads and spreads are the same market, as we have mentioned on the forum before, and as it says in the site footer. Your duplicate bet was cancelled and returned.

Win or lose duplicate bets that are combined over the max or bets sent after the 2 minute rule are always cancelled and returned. The same rules are followed in every situation and always have been. We cannot always return every cancelled bet pre-game as they need to be reviewed manually.

Situation 3

1st set, set spread, games spread are considered 3 seperate markets?  So you can wager 2 BTC on each of those?

This morning I placed this bet which LOST, and according to blockchain it was 7 minutes late.  And you didn't cancel this one, you graded as a loss. This is called FREE ROLLING players.  So there was a delay in how bitcoin handled the transaction - apparently this happens all the time since it happened this morning again.  And I'm sure if I check more this is QUITE COMMON.

So as far as I can see... you absolutely love when blockchain doesn't report the transaction right away and is delayed, becase you wait until the match is well under way usually a couple hours in and the match is basically decided.  That is at the point you decide WHETHER OR NOT to apply your rule... based on what is most favorable to you?

Would you like to see screenshots that the bet left my wallet at 6:31 yesterday?  And it wasn't my issue at all?

Where is the consistency?  You can't pick and choose when or when not too apply the rules.

As for the spreads/alternate spreads are the same but everything else is different - - - I shouldn't have to read 800 posts in a forum to know what the "rules are".  All it says in the footer is "moneyline, spreads, or totals".  Well according to that verbage, the sets bet should be pushed as well, because that is a spread bet in the same game?  No?  So three spread bets.  You grade one winner, push the other winner, and grade the loss?  Shouldn't you grade the first one that came in within two minutes according to your rule and push the rest?

Proof from this morning it was late but you decide to grade as a loser (inconsistently with what you did with my winning bet last night):

According to blockchain you didnt get the below until 7 minutes late.  Look it up.

Yes, that is correct.

We are lenient on the 2 minute rule within a few minutes if the odds have not changed in that time, but after > 30 minutes the odds will have changed and the bet will be returned.

I understand the set spread/game spread market could be considered the same, so I will go ahead and grade that bet as a push and return it.

We will also update the rules later today so it is more clear.

I highly recommend that you decide whether or not to accept a bet much sooner than a couple hours into a match starting.  This would make your site and what you say more credible.

We will do our best in the future to return bets pre-match if they are to be cancelled. This will not always be possible, but we always strive to follow the same rules in every situation and provide a fair service.

I apologize for all the confusion. The rules will be updated to be crystal clear later today.

I am very impressed in how you handled the situation, and that you updated your rules to be more clear so quickly.

I apologize for the over-reaction, but it just seemed to be one thing after another falling out of my favor.

I will stop bumping this thread, but I just wanted to clear the air that I am pleased with how the situation was resolved.  (just in case anybody finds this thread in a search engine somewhere).  Keep up the good work.  I like everything else about the book so far, except for the unclear rules, which you have now cleared up.  Thanks.

Are you seriously going to do this again?  I put my wager in for Nieminem 5 minutes before the match started, and it had 1 confirmation almost immediately.  Yet it's sitting their not accepted with a wager, but also not canceled.  Are you waiting to see if this bet loses again to see if you decide to cancel or not?  This is seriously fucked up.

I lost like 10 BTC to you guys in the last couple of days.  If Nieminem wins and you don't pay me I'm going to be so fckin pissed off.

You can't just leave a bet open that's almost a set over and decide after the outcome of the match if you are going to cancel the bet.  This is so fcked up.

I already know how this will play out.  If Del Potro gains a big favor in the match the bets will be graded as loss. If Jarko gets ahead, it will suddenly be pushed.

Jarko takes first set.  Here are my two wagers that you have yet to post the stake I sent in.  Even though my transaction had a confirmation almost immediately and was sent in before the match started.

Looks good to me. It says "pending" and it is a pending wager.

Isn't that how all books work? If it says "pending", it means that it's not final. You can't grade it as a win or loss until the match is over.

You have Nieminen +5 +106 for 1 BTC and Nieminen +526 for 2 BTC and they are pending.

It may take up to an hour for the bet amounts to be shown on the bet slip.

Both bets won, both paid out less than five minutes after the match ended.
