I have requested to withdraw my balance of bitcoins from Havelock Investments already on Saturday.
Since then I have not received any coins.

I have opened up a complaint on Monday, but still I do not have a response.
What can I do to get my money?

Has anybody got the same problems? How can I sue the operators?

It may take some time but they've always honored withdrawals till now, just wait a bit longer.

I think they have slacked off since the site lost interest from investors  - trading volume and the listed sites turned south year on year.
