Can you see my email?

I have hidden my email from public at the profile options page. But I still see my email address with my posts. I see some other users email addresses as well. When I logout email addresses look hidden. How does it work?
"Hide email address from public" means "Show email address only to logged users" ?

When you pick hide email  address from public, it hides it from everyone except mods when you report posts. I can't see your email btw.

Yep, you are the only one who could see your email (other than the admin and mods).

It is shown to you if you view your "own" profile. same settings in my profile and it's hidden from everyone else but me.

Look at your username dontworry, so you don't need to worry you're email address is hidden on your profile and no one can see your email address, only you who have the account can see the email address when you login on your Bitcointalk.org account  .

You can see your email cause your the owner of that account even if you hide it,but when somebody visits your profile they will never see your email address all the functions you wish to hide from your visitors.

Nope, dont worry about it. We cannot see your email. Yes, your email is hidden from the public, but it is not going

to hide it from you. The people whos emails you can see just haven't activated the "hide from public" option. The

ones that have will have hidden in place of their email.
