I'm tired of having my account limited by Coinbase and looking to buy a small amount of $170, anyone willing I'd really appreciate it.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

That's too high, I'd pay you 20% (same as Virwox or similar) I only have $170 in my Paypal account so I'd have to deduct fee from that amount, let me know if you're ok with that. Thanks
