If you don't mention the details, nobody would be interested in this task as you are a newbie and the payment you are offering is too high to believe. You will need to use escrow if you want users to apply. I would be interested in the job is legal and you are willing to escrow the bitcoin amount.

He wants to run a forum just like bitcointalk ad wants to pay 0.1-0.2 btc a day. I wonder how much pressure he give to make a forum board work and have users every day. You'd wanna wait for someone to give a review and confirm payments before applying if I were you. The money offer a day seem too good to be true, I don't think he can last a year to pay someone that huge.

First of all, I see that you is a Newbie, who just have 1 activity so you has nothing to be trusted. Which mean you should prove us for your prestige.
Second, there are no description about the task except I could received 0.1-0.25btc a day for my hard working (in copy and paste). I have to say that, with that much salary, there will be many people willing to work for you. But they also afraid because there are no proof of your payment and your infomation.
Summary, I recommend you should take more time to rewrite your topic (or your can hire s.o do that for you) and find someone who has more activity point of our forum to become your representative. Thats will attract more members.

the offer is to good to be true reminding me of same big offer coming from another member here who did created his own forum and after those members here applied for moderator position he didn't pay what he pay are those members who participate with pay per post, maybe additional details regarding to the job and escrow the funds as well.
