He's probably the same guy offering it, he just moved on to a new account as he got tagged when he scammed you. OP and paltoco is even offering it at  almost the same rates, so probably he just used another account and is trying to scam people again.

Go to their website and they have 24 hour trials,  I trialed it and found it worked OK,  but only 2  English countries,  USA and UK.
USA was pretty poor with about 30  channels,  mostly sports.

I don't really find this service lasting for a year. Unless, OP has a way to guarantee this. But I really highly doubt it will happen. And at those prices, I'd rather buy cable tv. I get the channels I want and I am sure that the cable company will not scam me. From what I read too, the US channels aren't even that complete and they are just mostly sports.
