7950 cgminer: gpu-memclock & gpu-memdiff & gpu-powertune settings

hi there

i've got serveral questions regarding some cgminer params.
gpu-eninge as hi as possible (in respect of temp an fan-speed)

but what to do with:

gpu-memclock: as low as possible? so save power?
gpu-memdiff: no idea what this mean
gpu-powertune: also no idea

can someone help?
