There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I dont know or even heard that exchange site before. But based on my research. 24xbtc is a Ukrainian based exchange which trades btc and other cryptocurrencies. Its been operating for about 4 years. I searched also ita reviews and all comment are positive. I just dont know if they are just bots. http://bittrust.org/24xbtc

Why dont try trusted exchange like bittrex, kraken or c-cex?

Haven't heard about them before and it is always advised not to try any exchanger with large amount at first. You can try with small amount than you can decide whether to go with large amount or not.

Which type of exchange you were willing to do with this exchanger, for selling buying bitcoin with perfectmoney i have used changer.com and haven't got any problem till now.

I'd recommend you just look for a more reputable exchange like polo or bittrex. Most websites will ask some information from you for withdrawal limits and things of that nature. If you're a bit weary about it just go for the big exchanges, they will have more trade volume anyway.

Because i want to exchange from perfect money
Yobit seems to have 0% deposit fee for perfectmoney and only 1% fee for withdrawal to perfectmoney. So you can buy bitcoin there at almost market rate.

I think you can try them with few dollars before exchanging thousands with them.
