Price is up and down more than a hooker's pair of knickers.

Have just sent a fiat wire to our Slovenian bear friends. Hopefully not in vain.

You are what keeps us going. Thank you. You won´t regret it !

(i hope it´s not your last money, because between "last" and "lost" is such a fine line  Smiley )

Don’t worry about me. This is just repositioning to try to put money back in which I pulled out earlier  Grin

That’s a crazy expensive wire fee.  Mine cost $US 8 flat fee. Of course they are scalping me on exchange rates....

Consolidation on 10k, the new floor for futures trading is priced in. If we do see a big dive, I'm suspecting a combination of some tether FUD and a back peddling of the Wallstreet futures tradeing.  That might shake a few hands.

On another note, not surprised to see coinbase pulling their usual (down for maintenance)  pussy move.
Is it true that stamp went down? I've yet to see that personally.
IIRC 4 big exchanges all shit the bed in peak volume.  It's not like its a new thing.  Just say the word 'volume' and smoke starts to leak out of Kraken.

If that's true, then that means one of two things:

1. Single whale with deep pockets has accounts on each of these exchanges to coordinate PnD

2. Multiple whales are colluding from accounts on each of these exchanges to coordinate PnD

But the fact that we now have multiple exchanges reduces upside or downside risk. Plunge protection team... just go offline, lol.

The major exchanges are all tied together with arbitrage bots.

I´m not joking, they charged me 56 USD for the privilege to get money from here to there. Intermediate banks, and what not. I thought, it´s all a click away.

Yeah, I needed some European parts, thermostats, the only supplier I could find was in Germany and wouldn't take a credit card.

The bank literally laughed in my face when I wanted to wire, like, $240 USD.  It was fucking retarded.

This was a few years ago, before all the scammy ass weirdness on here, I got a member from Germany to buy and ship them to me and paid him in BTC, easy peasy.

Comparing the average responsies with those typically given in 2013, we have come a long way. Much more educated. Much more balanc d. Much more ‘seeing the future’ instead of the past.

I will ride this pig wherever she goes  Grin

Yeah, but that is a 2011 quote from BJA.  See below:

Back before BJA became even more retarded.    hahahahaha

While I share the belief that bitcoin or something very like it will play a major role in the future, I think the road there is going to be a lot rougher.

I imagine we will see a huge boom then a bust, after that those who stick around will build the meaning full economy that will allow bitcoin or its successor to dominate.

I don't care about the busts. I am riding this pig wherever it takes me. If it tanks, I'll have a helluva story to tell. I'm sick of half measures. I'm swinging for the fences and If I strike out, so be it.  I won't be some mediocre drone living a life of quiet desperation. I believe in bitcoin and I'm going for broke, knowing the risks.

Airplanes. Thinking about a nice little Beech Sierra.

Cirrus SR22T for me. Because I need more experience before the SF50.

Like, seriously.

Since the exchanges go down when everyone is panic selling... Maybe we should organize a panic sell fund so they can sell us thier BTC while the exchanges are down. I mean I'm willing to "take one for the team" and buy back at $1000 / BTC. You know... So, they don't "lose everything".

>Me: "What if no dip ? Where to set re-buy ? Easier and less stressful to just HODL. Let's decide in February"
>Partner: "Ok. I hope your gut bacteria is right"

Haha. The bacteria in our guts are crucial to our well-being. Indeed, it appears likely that the organelles that make up our eukaryotic cells were at one time a federation of separate single-celled organisms. But sentient?

Gox all over again? Same pattern, same ATH.

Different fundamentals this time.  In case you need it spelt out, buy the dip.

Lol. You'll buy their bitcoins at $1,000? That's a good start. I'll bid $1,100 per bitcoin. Hopefully desperate panic sellers are also here. But it seems they will change their mind after reading the posts here.  Grin

Where the heck are we headed? And is McAfee still eating his dick?

Nope !

While that is likely true that he won't be eating his dick, it is also true that he doubled down - $1M by 2020 or else.
