I'm bullish, but more in the longer run. In fact this change would make an S-curve (a.k.a. "no more cycles") a bit more likely than not, imo.

huh?
We have been in an exponential s-curve since BTC first got a price in mid-2010, so I am having some troubles with projections that bitcoin is not going to have major corrections in the future. I thought that this particular correction (the one that we are in right now) would have taught some folks to move away from their bullshit theories about supercycle blah blah blah...

Sure when we zoom out, we are still going to see what appears to be an exponential curve and what appears to be a kind of supercycle, but likely no where near where lots of pie in the sky peeps are imagining.

$1M/BTC within the next 10 years.
$5M~$10M/BTC within the next 20 years (or sooner).
$50M/BTC within the next 30 years (or sooner).
$100M/BTC within the next 50 years (more or less before the end of the century.)

Didn't you go a little far? The future is uncertain.

That seems a wee bit conservative in terms of a projection of reasonable likely bullish case scenarios.. and sure, of course, should prepare for bear scenarios, too.

$1million could happen this cycle... but sure.. more likely the next cycle.. but still the next cycle is going to be 5 years, so if we give it even another cycle, that is 9 years.. hard to not see something close to or exceeding $10million in the next 10 years.

Dazzles me every time that someone, somewhere is selling at -50% from ATH

Don't get dazzled.

That is not a good place to be.

Shake it off greensheep.

Shake it off.

when moon ?

Oh you.

Not really happy to see a dweeb like you, but whatever.. dweebs do tend to come in, especially during seemingly opportune troll/shilling times.

I’m gonna wake up to sub 30k aren’t I?

This sucks man, really does.

No shot, $30k will hold believe you me it's all good!

I wish you were right
But we are crossing it now
That's how bitcoin do...

A haiku for this moment... deep breaths my friends.

In the end fuck it. None of us here are selling and if we have to wait another 3 years so be it.

The odds are still not very high that we are out of the bull market, yet.

So we have to see because getting out of the bull market is a product of quantity and time, so perhaps we would "know it when we see it" even if some folks have been asserting such non-bull market ever since we got into the lower $50ks.

when they dump 3000 btc + and rebound only on 100 btc not a good sign

Yeah.. it's looking "really bad" isn't it lucky?

anybody buying ?

Yep.  For sure.  What else you gonna do with lemons?

I dont know about you guys but I feel like it's all over 2013 again. A feeling of capitulation where I said fuck you bears I chose to go down with the ship instead of selling now. We might go to low 20s but I take out all my cryptos from exchanges now. Will not sell anything. And if I have to wait another 4 years, so it might be.

I spent too much money on Doge (while sleeping) Cheesy I had sold some, bought back, sold again, and turned a profit in euro. I set buy backs orders all the way back to a fraction of a cent, the higher ones triggered. So I now have more Doge than I started this adventure with, and still euros left. I'll see later whether or not buying back was a good call, but ending up with more than I started with doesn't feel like an absolute loss.
I kinda hope Doge will go all the way down, then I'll be ready 4 years from now when it hypes again.

Anybody selling?

Whats the point now?

Selling now would be for the purpose of either manipulation or panic.

cheap corn under 30k

Ha. I learned from the last dip and put orders in all the way down to 21k. Let's see how bad the dippening gets.

Anybody selling?

Whats the point now?

PANIC!!!!! Lots of it if you mortgaged your house at $60k and there is always someone who did.

that's what I be talkin about too, Willis.

no 29500 yet still good  Cheesy

You cannot help ur lil selfie, can you?  I hope that "they" are paying you well, and also that you are not taking your own advices.. otherwise you will either be like a lambie or like a stolfi... spending a lot of time learning about bitcoin, but failing / refusing to buy when the gift horse looks you in the mouth.

So where is the spring meant to get to with all that wyckoff bullshit?

Fuck wyckoff.

I think this time is different, due to inflation we will reach ATH within a few months, specifically mass adoption of Bitcoin under the threat of hyperinflation. Speculating further into the future, we will reach a point when 1 BTC truly is 1 BTC because even USD (and any other fiat currency) will be useless. In this scenario you will have a choice; pay 100 USD for a bic mac or a few sats.

It always feels like I'm being pulled 2 ways:
1. They want me to sell when it drops!
2. They want me to get hope again when it goes up a bit!
So I do what I always do: I'm not buying, I'm not selling. Just making sure I can afford to pay my taxes next year Smiley

I mean my personal capitulation point. I also expect a run on the end of the year. But I doubt recovery is possible within next days/weeks. Any time there is a bit of a relief rally the sell pressure will start.

It will be, as it always is, same and different, both.

I still think a "supercycle" is possible.  And one scenario I thought about looks just like this a faster bull/bear pattern that shakes even the most ironballs bulls out of the boat.

Or maybe it's just dead.  Could be that too.

I will say an old friend is texting me chiding me for not selling and buying my retirement house.  That's always a good sign, or then again... maybe he is right this time?
