They paid some dev to make the coin, but now they aren't able to support it. As you see the dev has disappeared.... probably he is explaining to them that if they want support from him they must pay more  

The same for the exchange: they didn't code the exchange, they have purchased the "white label exchange" service from Cryptonext.net

Did you upload KYC documents?

Otherwise, you MAYBE could try and contact Cryptonext themselves (the real makers of the exchange)

The day before yesterday I did withdraw BTC - everything went perfectly.

excambiorex.com is COMPLETELY different. This is the exchange of Cryptonetwork Ltd, the Dubai Ponzi company, and they are just customers of cryptonext.net.

The system is using filters for safety. When some transactions are suspicious, and email of the account is suspicious as well, the account is under investigation. Many exchanges uses this system to protect all the users. Can't you provide your proof of identity with a doc? This should be enough to unlock it. Cryptonext is from Israel.
