The Winklevoss Bitcoin ETF will most likely go live. Why wouldn't it? They already proved that Gemini was a legit exchange platform and the people who were against it isn't saying anything now.
Now since it isn't a sure thing that it will go live, people might notice that Winklevoss was rich to begin with so as long as Bitcoin is online then the ETF will go live (Winklevoss might be waiting to dump or something idk, these people don't do anything for nothing when money is involved).
CoinDesk published an article today, it was pretty interesting. Betting if the that Bitcoin ETF will go live or not seems like something the Altcoin Augur would do:
