I seems to have some problem and I will appreciate some help. I have 2 ATi7950 running and no issues whatsoever when I mine BTC, getting from 480-550 Mh/s depend on how I set them in catalyst control center.
My pool went down for a while so I tried to mine some LTC but that is something I do not understand well, it seems I cant set it run properly. In cgminer window it looks both run in approx same speed in range of 500 Kh/s yet when I check pool website with stats it show me I am on something like 80-100 Kh/s when it should be like approx 1000 Kh/s.
I used cgminer 2.11.4 and cgeasy.jar to create .bat file
Can anyone who knows how-to look at pictures and suggest what may be wrong? Or suggest what to use for LTC?
I tested it at notroll and litecoinpool but very slow speed on first one and getting only rejects on second one.

Here is what cg miner show:

And what I see on pool stats:

the pool uses a large averaging window. wait a few hours and it will be more accurate.

It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.

Looks like you have a huge number of HW errors.  Try messing with worksize or threadconcurrency to get those down.  I was runninng into the same problem and once I got those numbers in the HW column under control my numbers on the pool started to reflect what I was seeing locally.

fix up your hardware error, it should be 0. Right now only 1.2% of your share are being accepted. The rest are trash cause of hardware error.

Try worksize 256, threadconcurrency 8192, intensity 13. See how it go from there.

Post your setting here too, and your video card core and memory clock.

It's the not mainly the config he has. I was having the same issue! Now I get 655 kH/s on my 7950's. You need to install MSI Afterburner and the "Power Limit", set it to +20! That's the secret!

as said previously, most of your power goes into hardware errors (HW)
also good indicator of effectivity is WU (Work Utility) in upper right corner, it should be at least about 80-90% of your kHashes

could you post the cgminer command from your .bat file?
this errors are mainly caused by inappropriate thread concurrency
