I'm trying to log into Mt Gox and getting incorrect password error on two browsers, but I am sure it's the correct password.

I tried password reset and didn't receive an email instantly so went here to see if anything is up.

Yeah they're a bit dodgy.

About a year ago they sent me 100 extra coins! I returned them and didn't say anything publicly, but I try not to keep much there after being burned so badly by bitcoinica, though I still keep hope that maybe something will be returned.

If nothing else, I am satisfied with them loosing a big part of the market. When they are not around, everything works fine. The went down to about 60% of the market, while 2 weeks ago they were at 85%.

Working again now for me too. I'd be interested to know what happened, they should really be more transparent about things.

I had the same problem just a shade under 2 hours ago. That reset e-mail will never come.

Incidentally, there's no way of knowing if your account has been compromised as you will still see the e-mail sent page even using test@test.com

It just started working a short time later for absolutely no reason. Presumably the server that held our accounts went down, or something went very wrong in the user database.
