Requirements:

4000 captcha minimum done/day.

If you don't do 4000 captchas daily, you should have 10.000 captchas in 3 days or 16.000 in 5 days.

If you don't reach the minimum in 5 days you will be deleted and payment canceled.

Payment at every 3 days.

I pay 5$/1000 captchas.

That's 1000 sats per Mrai or basically more than double the current market price.

Either he's betting on you non being able to do that many Captchas/day or just simply scamming.

@OP   im pretty sure you are just a scammer , BUT if you want to BE LEGIT, put money in escrow with your stated terms.  Like a sig campaign.
People ARE willing to work Rai , but were NOT stupid. we grind 1/2 the day , we KNOW what can be brought in.

yes, he could impose that rule easily. But there are people standing up and saying against it with legit reasons, like free speech, selfishness etc. so he should think carefully before changing any policy.

It's easy to say that but, how can you make sure that having fee can reduce scammers? They can also pay fees to post especially if they can earn more than what they paid for by scamming users. So I think that's not a solution to the problem and might cause another problem instead.

@OP, as what they've said you must put the payment to escrow so that it will be safe for both sides (you and workers) or payment first to those trusted or high rank members (but you'll be the one to take risk).

Who do you think is going to accept this offer? You'd be better off advertising the opportunity in a local board for a country where $2.50/hour is a competitive hourly wage.

I think no need to make so many calculation. OP is surely a scammer with a brand new account with only one post. He also didn't find any worker as the excel sheet is still empty.
Just an advice always use escrow for all the work even from Newbie or a trusted member.

you only think but I am 100% sure he's a scammer, I've been reading about Raiblock and seeing its price, his price is very high comparing to market rate, the only ting for him to prove himself is to escrow the money first.

Am I talking about 1000$ to run away with funds? Cmon. With my targets I can scam for a maxim of 15$. And If I don't pay on time everyone is going to shutdown working. Where is the deal? People will be paid constantly day by day.
