If you want a legit amazon GC you will not get it for 10 dollars. That's the truth. Even here, Amazon GC's go for AT LEAST 70%.
They are basically like cash if you live in the first world.
I have a european paypal account capable of sending gift payments(no fees & no refunds) ; i am willing to pay first, a legit ebay account with almost a decade of transaction history etc.
I am a high value buyer that offers sellers certainty & peace of mind that they won't be scammed; i am willing to burden of the complete risk of the transaction; this has to be worth something to someone that is selling a legit GC.
