just noticed they show a bitstamp conversion feature

how long have they had this?

right now it's showing I can't use it:

"We cannot receive Bitstamp (USD) at this time. Please try again later."

I would not recommend using aurumxchange with bitstamp. I bought bitstam reddemable code on aurumxchange and tried to exchange it again to btc-e. I have given them code to pay for order, some kind of error occured and code was used but not counted as payment for order. I contacted their support but didn't get any help for over a week and my $1000 is frozen.

I contacted bitstamp regarding this reddemable code and they confirmed that it was redeemed by aurumxchange on 2013-04-09 18:29:18. I forwarded this to aurumxchange support but got no response. Really poor service. Stay away.

you tried to exchange the bitstamp to BTC-e with BitInstant or back with aurumXchange? if with aurum you're paying a double fee instead of just converting directly to the btc-e from your source funds

I tried to exchange using aurum again. As a matter of fact at that time fee for two conversions was actually lower than directly converting from mtgox to btc-e.

EDIT: Got response from support and my problem is solved.
