MtGox order open for 7 days

Hello,

my last order I made last week is still open.
I couldn't find any info if this is "normal" due to the problems they have. But since I did not get an answer to my mails I get worried about.

Does someone made similar experiences?

I made the sell request on 230USD/BTC, now it's 100$ less...

Nobody wanted to buy at that much. You either wait for the price to go up, or you cancel the order and sell lower.
