Well, we come online and you will give us Dollar 1 for free. That greats but why we should have $5 in our wallet. 
This makes everything fishy as you will first ask us for deposit of $5

Is this a scam? why do we have to have at least $5 in out balance? Why just blockchain only? Don't you think when you give that task descriptions, everyone will consider that this is a scam?

It's a scam, the user wanted me to send a picture of a QR Code via skype. I asked what was the difference between sending him my Bitcoin address and the picture, he said something like he needed it as a QR Code or his phone won't send Bitcoin or w/e.

The guy is a scammer. Just wants personal details and is really shady about doing business.

What will he get if anyone send him the QR code via Skype ?   Bitcoins are not auto transferred with QR code only.  Anyways , there must be some other attempt from him to scam. It better to avoid and do not contact him so stay away from scams.

Every point of his thread enough to prove his thread a shady or scamming one. I don't think he'll pay anyone. (if he paid than someone please post here) even I think he's a hacker and want you to keep 5$ in your wallet and contact him that he'll hack your account and steal your money.
