Is Fortune Jack a Scam or are they Legit?

I don't know why they have still receiving complains while fortunejack offers a very good service. They giving a huge jackpot monthly and their withdrawal is instant. I think only few casino offers that feature.

As far a I know FortuneJack had episode of going crazy with their promotional video contest. At some point they refused to pay some promised prize money.
That is the only situation I know where FortuneJack's stingy attitude harmed their own reputation.
Apart from that, they are one of the biggest crypto casinos and I they never refused to pay money to their customers.

It happened in the past, I bet FortuneJack had learned their lesson on that messy situation.  I read the whole accusation thread and at the end participants were paid.  As for my experience, they never failed to pay on time, support are very active and friendly.   I never encounter any problem using or playing in their site so far.

I don't think why you ask this question but i guess if you see on thus forum by observing taking time to read you will get the answer or better try a small amount then withdraw your funds .Its not bad to ask but the answers are here you just need to read .btw fortunejack is one one the legit and reputable gambling site if you want you may try

They are a legit site but as far as I know their withdrawal system is pretty slow for unknown reason.
I think they are taking their time to check the withdrawals by hand.

Based on my own experiences (at least on the last 2-3months), my withdrawals were processed instantly in few minuutes. Maybe some players get some delays on bigger withdrawals which is exceeded the hot wallet. So they need to refill it first.

i think OP have bad experience with fortunejack so he trying to ask with the other members on here and want to clarify that we make something wrong or not. i think we have bad experience too like what OP said and we can talk with the support system of the site so they can help us to solve our problem and i hope that OP is already talk to they customer service about his problem. so far, i am fine with fortunejack and i don't have any problem.

i have bad experience too but my experience is with another site and fortunately i don't think too much about my problem since i am not using my bitcoin to playing gambling and i move with another site because i believe that there is many good site in out there with good service too.

I don't think they got a bad customer support because they got a live support most of the times. Sometimes they may take more time to resolve issues based on what kind fo issue user experiencing. But at the end they will surely resolve the issues and pay people on time.

Betcoin also accused for not being paid the jackpot of one of it's customer that's why their reputation now was destroy, So why you still wear their avatar if you know that the casino has a bad intention based your statement above? hahhaha.. Yes, this site has one of the very bad customer support in reputed gambling sites. Their admin will never reply on their thread if one raise any issues. But they will pay people for the winnings even though bit delay. But being a reputed site, they should know that quick and prompt customer service is also very important to keep players happy.

i think if they don't solve this problem, this will make many members disappointed but i am sure that fortunejack support system especially the admin will considering about this and they will found the solution for their support system. as one of the big sites and legit sites, i think the admin won't make wrong decision in future and we can hope that in future, they will be better like many sites. beside legit site, i think fortune jack as one bigger sites will prevent if there is any problem with their member and they don't want their members run away from their site.

FJ has been around for quite some time and they have proven so far that they are doing quite well in the gambling industry. I do have some experience with them and i remember the first few times i need to withdraw, i waited for a day and nothing happens. Yes you are correct with your calculation, as being one of the signature campaign participants i can confirm that they have never missed any payment to us till now. They are legit and paying us on time and there is no issues with their withdrawal system.
