ASICMINER-PT price in Btct vs. BitFunder

This is the ASICMINER-PT price in Btct (~1.6)

This is ASICMINER-PT in Bitfunder (~1.1)

¿Why the huge difference? ¿Is BitFunder less trustworthy/secure than Btct.co? ¿Do people play with arbitrage in securities too? ¿Will it balance itself over time? I know Btct.co is more established than Bitfunder, but 0.4BTC per participation seems like a huge difference.
