my account of yobit has been freezed for 9th February 2017.
the main reason is because i am do as a small exchanger. i received payment from many EDR wallet and also sending to many EDR and BTC wallet. in this case, i dont know why yobit admin freeze my account.

after my account was freezed. yobit support ask me to send my data to security@yobit.net.
i have submit everything include my passport and my selfie holding a passport.
but today (13th February) no reply from yobit support. i just wondering in this forum, is there any yobit admin could help me? i can provide anything in order to unlock my account. just please reply my ticket.
or anyone in here could give me suggestion?
there will be a reward from me if this was solved. because i am doing as exchanger. my account is quite much of money.

thanks before. =)

Didn't know that Yobit is also requesting a personal information from their users who experienced or having some technical and serious problem like freezing account etc. Huh

Honestly you have no way to contact them aside from their support. Their support is known for being a poor one when handling Yobit related case. Even their bitcointalk forum account is not that active but maybe you can give it a shot by sending a message (although I think you will have a long waiting of response or maybe none).

There is another guy who also got his account frozen and he have already created thread about it. Yobit are really slow in replying to support ticket so you may have to wait for really long time. Yobit asking for personal documents  Roll Eyes

check out the board that your topic is located at: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=223.0 you can see there are already about 4 other topics complaining about yobit, two of them complaining about their accounts being frozen.

here is the account of the owner of the website: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=406594
contact him and if your problem wasn't solved and it was Yobit's fault you can open up a scam accusation against Yobit in this board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 to warn others.

There is a FOMO brewing...
