UPDATE:

After some days, they paid. Must be system error something. They are responding slow but at least they paying.

Considering the amount of scam accusations against cloudbet in the last few months,I'm pretty sure they don't care about their customers.Or at least are not very fond on replying sooner.

I already helped danshan11 to get his coins off, but if you are a single fighter, then you have either to pay the enforcement costs if something happens or simply eat the loss.

Fraudbet obviously don't give anything about their public reputation and as long as there are enough shills and affiliates who promote them, they will still get business. Sad

they refused , and responded with the same non-sense emails to pay me after winning a bet as well. NOT recommended.

contacted cloudbet after they said closed my account for multiaccounts and they never got back to me. support never replies to emails and my deposit withdrawn
6 days now and no reply want my funds!

I AM EXPERIENCING THE SAME EXACT THING. Cloudbet market by bet as a push. I am owed close to 0.12 BITCOIN. I have video proof ( recorded my screen ) to testify their scamming ways. I am currently waiting for an email but from the looks of it I will not be recieving one and if I do it will most likely be some generic bullshit. This seems to be happinging often now and I am DONE with cloudbet from here on out. I rather go back to nitrogen were this stuff is unheard of. Hopefully this will get resolved as I deserve my winnings, every single time I lost they had no problem taking my money; instantly at that.

This is a very good and recommendable idea to record your screen and have proofs available. I think most players are too unconcerned!

I'd recommend not playing on the site anymore when they have like 10 scam accusations against them lying unresolved.It's time I guess,where are all the gambling bloggers ? Word should spread out,stop using that shady site.

I had left them long ago.
Blaming there customers on things that they are not doing by harassing emails is not a way for any legitimate business to conduct themselves.
I hate them and have always hated them.
They are a scorge on this bitcoin community and should be cast away as a legitimate gambling site and should also have their license (if they even have a valid one recognized by the gambling association to even be offering their services to anywhere outside of Montenegro or where ever the hell they are located as they lie and cheat anyways, so why believe in anything they have to say!).

Where is that anyways, South America? Typical shady behavior from any organization that offers their services to a global audience anyways and am not completely surprised why they hide their real location to it's players and to the gambling association incase they need to make a quick and fast getaway.

Montenegro is in Europe and fraudbet support, here on BitcoinTalk, is not able to deliver the assured license from the government of Montenegro.

My investigation revealed that they have no license! Good luck!

I did already, i wrote them here, twitter, mailed them. Did everything i can. They paid me like 4-5 day ago for my another bet but i dont know. I just want to think positive. But maybe im just naive and got scammed...

Judging by your first few screenshots, it looks like you were contacting our customer support from an email address that wasn't the same as your account registered with Cloudbet.

Are you seriously saying this when so many accusations are against you with so many of your customers and I would guess to say 70% who have these exact same issues as these fraudulent customers here who you say they are, aren't even registered on these forums.
Think about that for a second while you write out even more posts trying to do damage control of you reputation here for your boss who is half way to the bahamas by now. He doesn't give two sh)(ts right now about his flaying company's rep here now. He's having you take the blame for all this mismanagement. Undecided

funny because i have had 3 bets this week that won and they refuse to pay me. Customer service wont respond with anything but "we dont have anyone in the office that can grade this and we dont have any idea if or when it will be graded"...wtf...so i have 3 bets that won from 5 days ago that have not been settled
