SuperDAO, already has decentralised Poker app in beta, and other apps in development, plus DAO organisational structure is prepared.

Wow that's the new generation of the DAO? With bigger threshold rather than The DAO project.

It looks like dealing with gambling mode.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

It looks like half of the ICOs this year are based on ETH. I think they just want to harvest ETH hype, but when there will be some problem in code, they will sunk like DAO.

SuperDAO has been in development for +2 years, they will have learnt many important lessons from the mistakes of The DAO.

Decentralised Poker is a killer app to get users from outside the crypto community.

The Eth hype is not that strong this year so I think the projects with the best odds are those bringing something really new, and capable of working regardless of Ethereum's performance. So far I have not been able to identify good ico projects that fit these criteria.

There are some interesting projects coming out this week and in March, the likes of Qtum, Humaniq, (Augmentos ICO is on) also The legends room pre-ICO is coming up in 2 days time, this is a new market for crypto investors to explore with a potential great reward for investors.

I'm typically pretty skeptical about ICOs, haven't bought into any since WAVES almost a year ago. With that being said, Chimera looks like a really cool project. It's ran by a reputable dev with a lot of time spent on these forums, and it's got a clear and plausible mission. I'm definitely going to buy in.

Building on this: another recently announced upcoming ICO is MobileGO. MobileGO works with Gamecredits to act as a universal currency on a mobile gaming marketplace. If you think there is some possibility that cryptocurrency might play a role in videogames in the future (hint: it absolutely will) it's your best bet to at least check this project out, it's super cool and very well implemented.
