Alexander Ya. Kaplan  is just an advisor, am I right?

Currently Advised:

Ivan A. Basul, PhD project (co-advisor: V. A. Barabanschikov)
Sophia Liburkina, PhD project
Anatoly Vasilyev, PhD project
Daniel Kirjanov, PhD project
Rafael Grigorian, MS project (co-advisor: Arina G. Kochetova)
Maya Polovitskaya, MS project (co-advisor: Ilya P. Ganin)

You should have not moderated this in the first place, if you decided not to erase off-topic posts.
Self-moderated threads give us  negative perception because there might be a chance that we are not seeing the whole story.

If people are just screaming scam without any good explanation then self moderation is good so you dont need to go through all the shit to get any useful info

will be accepted ETC or ETH during the ICO?

Yes, it will. We accept BTC, ETH, ETC, Ripple and Litecoin.

Stacy I suggest also accepting some Fiat money, preferably EUR and USD so you can get some money from people outside crypto or who are all-in on a BTC run lately

I'm bit disappointed 'bout the video.
Maybe I'm expecting more than that.
Should be more professional in presenting the concept as this project is highly technical.
I didn't see any WOW effect. We are talking scientific research here. So I'm expecting some great visual representations [as stated in OP - Stacy is the Visual Effects Manager]  of what you wanted to do in your project.
It's like Stacy just walked inside a cafe or had a relaxing afternoon inside their dining room with the dog stealing some moments while having an ordinary chitchat to her friend.  Grin

P.S. I'm still waiting for the video with the 2 Profs as promised.  Roll Eyes

Whoa who are kickass bastards signingoff just quoted. Ive never heard of any of them but I do suspect they are street whoremongers and may bring bad luck to the project if u connect their names with ur long-run initiative. Get rid of that bag with idiots and start again from a blank page.

You got a solid point there Sir.
I don't see how these people can bring value to this project. It may be wise to find alternatives people in the line up.

Sorry but the video is not convincing. You couldn't tell if the 2 Profs are really into this project.
Anyway, I'll just wait for more updates on this one. Seems that a lot are already ignoring this re-branded proj.

platform WINGS acts as the operator RUNEURO to conduct pre-ICO and ICO. All funds received are credited to a special account multipoles. Escrow functions will be performed by the representative Wings Stas Oskin and CEO of project Matchpool Yonatan Ben Shimon (Yonatan Ben Shimon). Can anyone clarify the special account multipoles to throw the crypto to participate in pre-ICO.

Hi Runeuro folks
I am back on this new thread...
Glad to see you reacted constructively to the feedback on the old thread. The changes done are welcome (not sure they are enough though), the change of ticker from RUN to RUNE is ingenious (clearly you want people to stop associating ating your project's name with "run away with money" thing  Grin)

Interesting talk on video. Though I see the doggie is not excited by some reason... It yawns all the time  Shocked.

On a different topic - regarding neuroidentification module - if I understand correctly, you want to record the neuro reaction of an indnividual to some specific objects, and store it permanently inside blockchain, so it is immutable. Here I have two unrelated questions:
 (a) will it be the same blockchain RUNE token is running on? I am not familuar with Wings project... does it have allow to have specific storage place for such data? How big is that data?
 (b) are you sure those human neuro-reactions do not change over time? When the person matures, he/she has a lot of changes going on affecting his/her perception of the world. And even with grown-up person, some drastic events could change his/her reaction and perception to many-many things.. Speaking simply - he could start to hate something he loved before, or vise versa. How that neuro reactions could be constant enough, to be used as a password?! This could end up like "after the couple married, spent some time together, and returned from honeymoon, all their passwords have been lost Smiley. Or some tourists captured by tsunami, or put in jail during their trip to Thailand, and upon returning, find their access to all the wallets/sites blocked, because they are now somewhat different people than before.

Those professors seem to be aware of the subject, based on their reactions. But I am not sure how seriously they take all that crypto/runeuro/crowdfunding stuff, and Mr.Akimov in general. Would be nice if they speak a couple of words about the project themselves, even if it is in Russian, as I guess they are not fluent in English (unlike contemporary computer tech, which is currently English-based as it was mostly developed on the West, the more fundamental sciences were pretty well developed on non-English speaking countries, like Soviet Union/Russia, so old scientific folks are mostly not good in English, though have some basic knowledge of course).

Actually it will be much better if they speak Russian on the video (because it will be more natural and sincere), and tell some of their thoughts on this specific project. Otherwise I suspect they are not taking it seriously.

One more, very important aspect: even if the scientific side of the project could sound quite good, I have much doubts related to financial/monetizing part :/. Old Russians (especially science folks) always had very vague idea on business-side of projects; and new young "nimble" Russians (like the young guy on video, and the guy who posted the pump/dump scheme on his facebook), are mostly scam/swindling oriented :/. Thats very unfortunate, but is a fact with Russia today.

Thanks a lot for your feedback! Yes, brain has very high neuroplasticity which rise more then we develop our skills to communicate etc. Meantime the major neurons in back of brain area responcible for decoding visual objects works from the same areas and signals wouldn't change. However we will work on dynamic model of neuroplasticity change and storing it in internal contour of Datachain blokchain which we will use as decentralized neuroID storage (Wings will be used only for RUNE tokens emission).

Regarding professors - as you understand they work in University and for the team they are scientific consultants and members of project scientific group. We meet each week and discuss all project subjects. Also we have another scientific consultants, which I present later, Russia has very good specialists in neurotechnological field. Regrding myself I just have to be active and hope prove my credibility during project development.

Thank you again and glad it comes relevant questions!

Thank you for your interest in investing! Address for investing with ETH smart contract to calculate the RUNE tokens will be on crowdsale page of runeuro.net site tomorrow 27.02.2017.

Pre-ICO is just started: http://www.runeuro.net/

(a) will it be the same blockchain RUNE token is running on? I am not familuar with Wings project... does it have allow to have specific storage place for such data? How big is that data?

Wings use ethereum blockchain and we plan to store hashes of such data in it, though we have some alternatives.
In this base project we don't need to store wast amount of data like raw EEG records, just small hashes of it. But in platform, which we announce later, such data will be stored and can be sold/purchased by RUNE tokens and for that purpose we plan to use something like IPFS.

Wait wait wait... why are you selling the apple necklace as an ICO?  Just give Apple a few years and they will get it done.

This is too much. NEURO INTERFACE? I mean, yea that would be awesome BUT there are MILLIONS researching this right now and they have ample funding and corporate cooperation...Why does this need to be done on a blockchain so we can accept phone calls, change pandora stations and adjust volume.

Ill wait until coins are at 10% ICO price on exchange.

man ICOs keep getting more pie in the sky and less realistic.

Yeah, thanks for the advice. We have chosen a couple of fiat-crypto exchanges and tested the transactions to the smart contract address. It was OK so if some people want to invest with fiat we recommend them to use these exchanges.

Another picture with our professors.
From left to right: CEO Zamir Akimov, Igor Trapeznikov another expert in neuro-technology, Professor Sergey Kibalnikov, Professor Alexander Kaplan.
Emotiv Insight wireless headset is on Sergey Kibalnikov head. It's good piece of technology (collected $1,643,117 on KickStarter), but it hurts to wear it more that 10 minutes and when you, for example, moving on street. So Runeuro solving this problem making headset better fitted to continuous usage.

And friendly reminder:
Last chance to get RUNE with 30% discount and get one prototype Runeuro headset for free:
http://www.runeuro.net/
30% discount will last just for 1 hour and 30 minutes more...
